In high voltage (HV) electrical power framework, assortment of materials (strong, fluid and vaporous) is utilized for protection reason for ensuring of the nascent faults in Current Transformers. The greater part of protecting materials is not flawless in all regards and contains in every case a few errors. The close proximity of air bubble is one of such polluting influences in protecting materials and profoundly unwanted for such sort of protection which causes a neighborhood frail zone inside the protector. Because of the high voltage push the weak zone inside the protector causes the impartial release or partial discharge (PD) lastly the protection properties of such materials is gigantically corrupts its quality. In this work, the repetition of PD action because of quality of a little round and hollow void inside the strong protection material of high voltage control hardware is analyzed with the MATLAB Simulink.

The word automation is automatic control of operating devices with minimal or reduced human efforts. Influence of wireless technology is growing day by day. In today‟s world, wireless technology doing significant role in the automation. It means automation makes technology free from human interruption. Home automation is one of the technology emerging these days. TBluetooth is wireless technology to use in home automation. It is no operational cost technique, common in use and working in range up to 100 meters. With help of android application we are able to connect and control household appliances and provide security to handicapped, old people. The idea of paper is to control home appliances like lights, fan. It also provides home security and emergency alerts to be activated.  Smoke detector can detect smoke or gas leak condition, causing alerts to user on their smartphone.

Under normal operating conditions, the generation capacity is more than the total load demand and losses. The objective is to find the real power scheduling of each generator for an interconnected power system under testing condition to minimize the operating cost of the power plant. Hence the generators power is allowed to vary within the given limits to meet the particular load with minimum fuel cost which is called as optimal power flow problem. The objective function of this research is to minimize the fuel cost of the power system for the various loads under consideration by solving the economic dispatch problem (EDP) of real power generation by using MPSO optimization algorithm.  We compares the optimization techniques such as Particle Swarm Optimization, Modified Particle Swarm Optimization (MPSO) in a 3-unit generating system to show the effectiveness of the MPSO algorithm.
